If given an option which one to choose? Aaaaaa can I choose both? Heheheh
Before this I have Myspace, Friendster, Multiply and many more. Now a days I only update my Facebook and of cause cute miss Twitter :-)
There are so many social networks… Ermmm.. if you have lots social network account will you update or go there frequently? Anyway Twitter vs Facebook which one is better social network?
Facebook ermmmm…. its appeals to people who are looking to reconnect with an old friends or could be family members or even find a new friends. Mostly is to reconnect with an old friends I guess. Unlike Twitter mostly is to find new friends (my opinion). I share my Photos in Facebook rather than Twitter so I could update my friends and family what’s am up to. One can be very addicting to Facebook.. I have few friends who are very addicted to this Facebook (wake up … facebook…breakfast/lunch/dinner… facebook…work..facebook….before go to sleep again facebook) Facebook .. Facebook… FACEBOOKKKK.
We have Yahoo Messenger, MSN and many more for IM tools but now people rather use Facebook for email and chat or sharing photos & videos.
At first I found Twitter is a bit hard because the UI (user interface) not that user friendly compare to Facebook but hey went you know how to use it you will start tweeting 24hr (almost) huhuhu. If you set your twitter account as unprotected then whatever your post can be seen worldwide. Twitter has quickly build brand awareness and a loyal following, especially among bloggers, online marketers and many more. Basically anyone with something to promote will seem to find Twitter extremely useful.

Great post, with a lot of very smart observations. You are right about how fun it is to watch to watch these spaces evolve. On Twitter I follow people who provide me with some "value". I want to provide value to those who follow me. In a sense, I think of them as an audience who is looking for something that matters from me (even thought I do not know most of them.) Much of what I provide comes from others who I follow, so I act as kind of extender of other people's value to those who follow me. Some of what I tweet is my own commentary, or original, but I am always thinking of my "audience". Less so on Facebook, where I know most of my "friends" and I jump in periodically to have conversations but do status updates much less frequently. I look forward to more posts from you on this topic.
